Armorol Nano Ultra Lube is the invention of Mr.Firoz Mustafa, an IT engineer and car enthusiast from Kerala. The events behind this started in 2012.
Despite using the best lubricants available on the market, two of Mr.Firoz's vehicles began to experience maintenance failures. Curious to know what was happening to the vehicles, he bought different brands of lubricants and used them in the vehicles, then began taking the engines apart each time to study their wear and tear.After a series of experiments, Mr.Firoz realised one thing. Even the lubricants available on the market cannot provide good protection for engines under all driving conditions!
With that, the possibilities of nanotechnology are known when studies and experiments are conducted with the aim of providing a satisfactory solution to engine problems. He then turned his full attention to nanotechnology and began an expensive search for an engine oil additive, bringing in raw materials for experiments.
Mr.Firoze finally found an addition to his efforts. When it was used in automobiles, it was found that the oil change intervals were increased and the engines did not wear out at all. It was a major breakthrough in lubrication engineering.
Firoz continued experimenting again to perfect the additives. Soon, the product was ready for testing. It was given to a taxi driver who drives at least 20,000 kilometres per month. After receiving a good response, Firoze started thinking about making the product on a commercial basis. ബി. കോം പഠനത്തിന് ശേഷം ആദ്യമായി ജോലിക്ക് കയറിയത് ഗുജറാത്തിലുള്ള V.K.C ഗ്രൂപ്പിന്റെ ഓഫീസിൽ അക്കൗണ്ടന്റ് ആയിട്ടാണ്.അന്ന് ഹിന്ദി ഒട്ടും അറിയാതിരുന്ന ഞാൻ എങ്ങനെയോ ഒരു വർഷം തള്ളി നീക്കി അവിടെ നിന്ന് റിസൈൻ ചെയ്യ്ത് നാട്ടിലേക്ക് വന്നു. അതിനു ശേഷം പലയിടത്തും ജോലി ചെയ്യ്തു, വിദേശത്തു പോയി, അവസാനം കോഴിക്കോട് നെസ്റ്റോ യുടെ ഓഫീസിൽ ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്ന കാലത്താണ് ഒരു അപ്രതീക്ഷിത ടേണിങ് പോയിന്റ് ലൈഫിൽ സംഭവിക്കുന്നത്.
മക്കര പറമ്പുള്ള എന്റെ വീട്ടിൽ നിന്ന് ഹൈലൈറ്റിലുള്ള നെസ്റ്റോയിലേക്ക്(എന്റെ ഓഫീസ് )49 കിലോമീറ്റർ അതായത് ദിവസേന ഞാൻ പോയി വരാൻ 98 കിലോമീറ്റർ സഞ്ചരിക്കണം. അന്ന് എനിക്കൊരു ബജാജ് പൾസർ ആയിരുന്നു ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നത്. ദിവസേന അത്രയും റൈഡ് ഉള്ളതിനാൽ ഞാൻ എന്റെ വണ്ടി നല്ലവണ്ണം ശ്രദ്ധിച്ചിരുന്നു. അങ്ങനെയാണ് യൂട്യൂബിൽ ഒരു എഞ്ചിൻ ഓയിൽ അഡിറ്റിവിനെ കുറിച്ച് കേട്ടത്. വീഡിയോയിൽ ഉള്ള മികച്ച പ്രതികരണങ്ങൾ കേട്ട് ഞാൻ ഡിസ്ക്രിപ്ഷനിൽ കൊടുത്ത നമ്പറിൽ കോൺടാക്ട് ചെയ്യാൻ ശ്രമിച്ചു.പക്ഷെ എങ്ങനെ നോക്കിയിട്ടും എനിക്ക് അവരെ കണക്ട് ചെയ്യാൻ സാധിച്ചില്ല. അവസാനം ആ എഞ്ചിൻ ഓയിൽ അഡിറ്റിവ് കമ്പനി ഓണറായ ഫിറോസ് മുസ്തഫയുടെ നമ്പർ തന്നെ എങ്ങനയോ ഒപ്പിച്ചു വിളിച്ചു ഓർഡർ ചെയ്യ്തു. ഏതാനം ദിവസങ്ങൾക്കുള്ളിൽ സാധനം വീട്ടിലെത്തി “നാനോ ലൂബ് “. എന്റെ ബൈക്കിൽ വൈകാതെ ഞാനത് ഒഴിച്ചു. അതിന്റെ റിസൾട്ടാണ് എന്നെ ശരിക്കും ഞെട്ടിച്ചത്. ഇതുവരെ ബൈക്ക് ഓടിക്കുമ്പോൾ ലഭിക്കാത്ത സ്മൂത്ത്‌നെസ്സ്, പറഞ്ഞറിയിക്കാൻ പറ്റാത്തൊരു റൈഡിങ് അനുഭവമാണ് നാനോ ലൂബ് ഒഴിച്ചപ്പോൾ എന്റെ ബൈക്ക് എനിക്ക് തന്നത്. പിന്നെ വണ്ടി ഓടിക്കാൻ ഹരമായി. ദിവസേനയുള്ള ഓട്ടം ഒരു പ്രശ്നമല്ലാതെയായി.അതിനു ശേഷം എന്റെ ഫ്രണ്ട്സിലെ ചിലർക്ക് ഞാൻ നാനോ ലൂബ് suggest ചെയ്യ്തു. അവർക്കും സമാന അനുഭവമുണ്ടായപ്പോൾ അവരുടെ ഇടയിലും ആവിശ്യം കൂടി വന്നു. പക്ഷെ അവർക്കെല്ലാം ഞാൻ വിളിച്ചപ്പോഴുണ്ടായ അതേ പ്രശ്നം നേരിടേണ്ടി വന്നു. എനിക്ക് ഫിറോസ് ഇക്കയുമായി നേരിട്ട് കോൺടാക്ട് ഉള്ളതിനാൽ കൂട്ടുകാർ നാനോ ലൂബ് കിട്ടാൻ എന്നെ സമീപിക്കാൻ തുടങ്ങി.അങ്ങനെ അവർക്കെല്ലാം നാനോലൂബ് ഓർഡർ ചെയ്യുവാനുള്ള വഴി ഞാനായി മാറി.
ഓർഡറുകൾ ഇങ്ങനെ വരാൻ തുടങ്ങിയപ്പോൾ ചില സുഹൃത്തുക്കൾ പറഞ്ഞു “എന്തിനാ ഇങ്ങനെ ഫ്രീ സർവീസ് ചെയ്യുന്നത്, എന്തേലും ലാഭം എടുത്തിട്ട് ചെയ്തുകൂടേയെന്ന്”.
പക്ഷെ അന്ന് ബിസിനസ്സ് എങ്ങനെ ചെയ്യണമെന്ന് എനിക്ക് അറിയില്ലായിരുന്നു. എന്നാലും മനസ്സില്ലാ മനസ്സോടെ ഞാൻ ചെറിയ ലാഭത്തിൽ നാനോ ലൂബ് വിൽക്കുവാൻ തുടങ്ങി. അത്തരത്തിൽ ഓർഡർ കൂടിയപ്പോൾ എനിക്ക് പ്രോഡക്റ്റ് എറണാകുളത്ത് നേരിട്ട് പോയി കളക്ട് ചെയ്യേണ്ടി വന്നു.
മെല്ലെ എനിക്ക് മനസ്സിലായി മാർക്കറ്റിംഗിലാണ് ആണ് എന്റെ പാഷൻ എന്ന്.
പക്ഷെ കൂടുതൽ സമയം ഇതിനു വേണ്ടി മാറ്റിവെക്കുമ്പോൾ എനിക്ക് എന്റെ അക്കൗണ്ടിങ്ങ് ജോലിയിൽ ശ്രദ്ധ ചെലുത്താൻ പറ്റാതെയായി. മറ്റൊരു വഴിയില്ലാതെ ഞാൻ എന്റെ ജോലി റിസൈൻ ചെയ്യുവാൻ തീരുമാനിച്ചു. ആദ്യമൊക്കെ എന്റെ തീരുമാനത്തിന് വലിയ എതിർപ്പാണ് എന്റെ ഫ്രണ്ട്സിന്റെയും ഫാമിലിയുടെയും ഭാഗത്തുനിന്ന് ഉണ്ടായത്. പക്ഷെ നമ്മുടെ ഏതെങ്കിലും ഒരു ലക്ഷ്യം അത്രയും ശക്തമായി ആഗ്രഹച്ചാൽ അത് നേടിയെടുക്കാൻ ഈ ലോകം മുഴുവൻ നമുക്കൊപ്പം നിൽക്കും എന്ന പൗലോ കൗലോയുടെ വാക്കുകളെ ഊർജ്ജമാക്കി ഞാൻ മുന്നോട്ടു പോയി. നാനോ ലൂബിന്റെ അമരക്കാരൻ ഫിറോസ് ഇക്ക പോലും അന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു അദ്ദേഹം പോലും ശനിയും ഞായറും മാത്രമാണ് നാനോ ലൂബിനു വേണ്ടി മാറ്റി വെക്കുന്നതെന്ന്. ജോലി ഉപേക്ഷിച്ച ഞാൻ നേരെ ഫിറോസ് ഇക്കയുടെ അടുത്തേക്ക് പോയി അവർ അവിടെ എന്നെ sales & service കോർഡിനേറ്റർ ആയി പോസ്റ്റ്‌ ചെയ്യ്തു .കമ്പനി ഫോണിൽ അന്ന് ഏകദേശം ഇരുപത്തി നാലായിരത്തോളം ചാറ്റുകൾ വന്നു കിടപ്പുണ്ടായിരുന്നു. ഇവരെയല്ലാം കോൺടാക്ട് ചെയ്യുക എന്നതായിരുന്നു എന്റെ ജോലി. കോവിഡ് സമയമായിരുന്ന അന്ന് വീട്ടിലിരുന്ന് ഏകദേശം ഒന്നര വർഷം എടുത്താണ് എല്ലാവരെയും കോൺടാക്ട് ചെയ്യ്ത് തീർത്തത്. കോവിഡ് കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ ഒരു ഏരിയ മാത്രം എടുത്ത് ഡിസ്ട്രിബ്യൂഷൻ തുടങ്ങി. പെരുന്തൽമണ്ണയിൽ ബിസിനസ്സ് നല്ലവണ്ണം വർക്ക്‌ ആയപ്പോൾ മലപ്പുറം മുഴുവനും ഏറ്റെടുത്തു. പിന്നീട് കോഴിക്കോടേക്കും മെല്ലെ ഡെവലപ്പ് ആക്കി. പ്രോഡക്റ്റ് ഇങ്ങനെ സെല്ലായി തുടങ്ങിയപ്പോൾ നാട്ടിലൊരു ഗോഡൗൺ ഇട്ട് GST എടുത്ത്, രണ്ടു പേരെ കൊറിയർ വഴി സപ്ലൈക്കു വേണ്ടി ജോലിക്ക് വെച്ചു.ആമസോൺ വഴിയും സെയിൽസ് തുടങ്ങി. അങ്ങനെ നാനോലൂബ് കേരളത്തിന്‌ ഉള്ളിലും പുറത്തും, ഇന്ത്യക്ക് പുറത്തേക്കും വരെ സഞ്ചരിച്ചു തുടങ്ങി. അതിനിടയിൽ ഫിറോസ് ഇക്ക അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ ജോലി രാജി വെച്ച് മുഴുവൻ സമയവും നാനോ ലൂബിനു വേണ്ടി മാറ്റി വെച്ചു. ഈ വളർച്ചയ്ക്ക് ഇടയിലും പല തടസ്സങ്ങളും നേരിടേണ്ടി വന്നു. പല വർക്ക്‌ഷോപ്പുകളും പ്രോഡക്റ്റിന്റെ പ്രോഫിറ്റ് മാർജ്ജിൻ കുറവാണെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞ് പ്രോഡക്റ്റ് റിജക്റ്റ് ചെയ്യ്തു. നാനോലൂബ് എന്താണ് എന്നു പോലും നോക്കാതെ അവർ ഇതിനു നേരെ കണ്ണടച്ചു. അപ്പോഴെല്ലാം സന്തുഷ്ടരായ കസ്റ്റമർസ്സിന്റെ റിവ്യൂ കൊണ്ടു മാത്രം നാനോ ലൂബ് വളർന്നു. ഞങ്ങൾ എല്ലാവരും ഒരുമിച്ച് മുഴുവൻ സമയവും ഇതിനു വേണ്ടി നീക്കി വെച്ചപ്പോൾ പ്രതീക്ഷിച്ചതിലും മികച്ച റീച്ച് ആണ് നമുക്ക് ലഭിച്ചത്. ഒരു B.Com കാരനായത് കൊണ്ട് തന്നെ വാഹനങ്ങളുടെ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങളെ കുറിച്ച് വലിയ ധാരണ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നില്ല. വർക്ക്‌ ഷോപ്പുകളിൽ പ്രോഡക്റ്റ് എത്തിക്കാൻ പോകുമ്പോൾ മെല്ലെ എല്ലാം നോക്കി പഠിച്ചെടുത്തു. വാഹനത്തെ കുറിച്ച് എല്ലാം മനസ്സിലാക്കിയെടുത്തു.

How can an engine oil additive used in one’s vehicle change the course of one’s life? That is what happened in my life journey.
After completing my B.Com. degree, I first joined the office of V.K.C. Group in Gujarat as an accountant.
Without knowing Hindi at all at that time, I somehow survived a year before I resigned from there and returned home. After that, I worked in many places, went abroad and finally worked in the Kozhikode office of Nesto. An unexpected turning point in my life happened during that time.
From my house at MakkaraParamba to Nesto (my office) in Highlight, it is 49 km, which means I have to travel 98 km daily. I had a Bajaj Pulsar back then. I took good care of my vehicle due to the daily commute. That’s when I heard about an engine oil additive on YouTube. I tried to contact the number given in the description after listening to the great responses in the video, but no matter how hard I tried, I couldn’t connect with them. Finally, I got the number of the owner of the engine oil additive manufacturer, Mr.Firoz Musthafa. I placed an order of the same.
After a few days of waiting, the much-awaited product “Nano Lube” arrived at my home. I soon used it on my bike. The result really shocked me. My bike gave me an unprecedented riding experience that I never dreamt. It was fun to ride. Daily drives became a thrilling experience. After that, I suggested Nano Lube to some of my friends. When they too had the same experience, there was a demand between them. But they all faced the same problem that I did. They couldn’t contact them. Since I have direct contact with Mr.Firoz , my friends started approaching me to procure Nano Lube, so I became the medium for them to order Nano Lube.
Some of my friends questioned why I was providing this service for free when the orders began to come in like this. Why not make it a business?
However, I had little business knowledge at the time. I started selling Nano Lube at a narrow margin unwillingly. I had to travel directly to Ernakulam to pick up the product when the demand rose.
I gradually recognized that marketing is where my heart truly likes.
However, the more time I allocated to this, the less I was able to concentrate on my accounting duties. I had no choice but to resign from my post. My friends and family initially opposed my choice strongly. However, I continued on with the inspiration of Paulo Coulho’s words that if we want anything so adamantly, the entire world will facilitate our achievement. Even the creator of Nano Lube, Mr. Firoz said that only his Saturdays and Sundays were dedicated for Nano Lube. But I left my work against all odds and went right to Mr.Firoz. Then they assigned me to work there as a coordinator for sales and services.
On the company phone that day, there were roughly 24 000 unattended enquiries. It was my responsibility to get in touch with each and every one of them. To reach every member during COVID, it took around a year and a half. Distribution started by focusing on just one area when COVID was finished. Once Perinthalmanna Taluk enterprise was successful, Malappuram District as a whole was acquired.
Later, Kozhikode also gradually joined. A Godown was established in my village and two persons team were engaged to supply it through courier when the product began to be sold off in this manner. Amazon was used to initiate sales as well. Nano Lube began to travel both inside and outside of Kerala and even outside of India. Mr. Firoz meanwhile, quit his job and committed himself full time to Nano Lube research & development.
Numerous challenges were faced due to the expansion. Because of the product’s low profit margin, several workshops rejected it without even considering what Nano lube is, they chose to ignore it. The only way Nano Lube has expanded over the years has been through positive customer feedback. We achieved more than we had anticipated when we all worked on this project full-time. I didn’t have much knowledge of how cars worked because I was a B.Com graduate. I took my time preparing to bring the merchandise to the workshops and learning technical bits directly from Mr. Firoz. Now, I’m pretty familiar with how cars operate.
Today, Nano Lube has many customers.
In light of my experience, when all the customers give good comments and when I hear the appreciations that cross the sea, I understand today that if our wishes are true, the whole world will stand with us. Nano lube is a great truth discovered by Mr. Firoz.
